“Please join us at Baba Olga’s Café and Supper Club for an evening of music and entertainment complemented by a grand buffet. Leave boring food behind and excite your palate with handmade food accented by the bold spice cuisines of the Balkans, Turkey, Spain, Greece, and Kerala and Pondicherry, India inspired by our travels to exotic locales. Revel in the true taste of food made with ripe seasonal produce from local farms like Heritage Farm right on Belmont Avenue and Green Meadow Farm in Gap, PA. This is food that you can feel good about eating: sustainable wild king salmon from Alaska, grain-fed Pennsylvania-raised chicken, and lamb from HighView Farm in N. Hanover, NJ, all fire-cooked over oak charcoal. Be sure to leave room for the best strawberry shortcake you’ve ever had made with luscious local strawberries.” —Aliza Green, Chef Manager
